I think verdicare treated coin would be better able to straight grade than an olive oil soaked coin.
looks much better without the tape residue. Verdicare will preserve the coin and remove verdigris if acetone doesn't.

looks like it could be N-30 which is R-2 rarity. 1851 are hard to attribute as there are 45 different varieties. xf cleaned with an eBay value...
