If just for personal records I would use the PCGS and NGC price guides for complete sets and then figure a percentage calculator to real world value.
I'm in the 65 camp but 66 would not surprise me.

I have to agree with VAM-10. Date and mint mark are correct and I can make out the die gouge from the wheat stalk to the I. MS61
