I went MS64 only because it appears to be an older gen. holder. MS65 would not shock me however..
#1 and #4 for me. Both are well struck EDS examples.
I'm late but I was at 63 for the obverse 65 for the reverse. MS 65 seems reasonable for setting the value.

I wanted to say 65 but I think the rims should hold it back so I went 63.
