are you familiar with the Die Clash overlays? Google Die Clash and you should find a link.
the obverse looks like a die clash of the Roosevelt dime with the reverse of a Jefferson nickel somehow. Don't know about the reverse.

Hard to tell but looks like you may have some machine doubling on the cent i.e. Liberty and United States
