Nice find. From what little I can see, IMO it looks like it could be FS-101.
Are you referring to the planchet striations or the plating blisters? Either way I don't believe they add any value to the coin.

There are many factors that go into the value of a coin. Type of coin, mintage, condition, grade, demand, etc. Some error coins are valuable but...
That was my first thought but looking more closely, the arc doesn't appear circular enough. (Like the edge of a coin).
It's hard to tell if the zinc is showing by the doubling but if it is, IMO I would think possibly split plate doubling.
If it doesn't get a QC or AT, I'd say Star.
The 1982 D Small date copper cent is the only one that's very valuable.
