I see nothing wrong with the date. The ones with an altered date frequently look like this "19 14" (where the 1 was formerly a 4). Doesn't look...

Viewing Lehigh's pics, I guessed 66. Upon looking at the Heritage pics, I'm thinking 65. Either way, pretty coin.
