The backwards "unum" above the tilted memorial on the reverse and the smashed obverse makes me think it is a vise job but others smarter than me...

Check out this screen grab from Google Maps. Crossing Camp Creek is "Reaves Mill Road". I'll bet a dollar it's the same Mill and Reaves referenced...
