And I ALMOST won the PowerBall matched 4/5 missed the 5th by 1 and missed the powerball # by 2 won a hundred bucks but it sure wouldve been nice...

OK back to what I intended this thread to be. I actually would like to see some other ALMOST notes..no debate on whether they are worth money or not.
There is no said and done on serial numbers.
I personally have never got away with anything, I have placed honest auctions, but I do post ebay listings that include almost listings such as...
