I guess so. I bought a rather large lot of coins some time ago and found around 6-8 of these in various years. I always figured they were proofs...
I looked for all the errors I know of...nada. What’s up with 2009 quarters? I know they minted less but is there really any value worth searching...
Switched it up to quarters today. $500 box later and I found 4 Bicentennials and ZERO 2019’s. LMAO!! I really suck at this.
