The first cent is altered, so damaged after leaving the mint. The dime and the other cent are worn from circulation.
AG-3 for sure but on a good day it might get a G-4.

I’d be at VG on it.
Yes you can find nice coins in searched rolls. I am not an RPM collector so back in the roll it goes. A die crack, I’d keep it.
