Circulated but clean and I’d say it’s US made at the Mint.
You can’t go by the date on paper money as all denominations are printed yearly on an as needed basis.
Difficult to say from photos as there are so many variables of doubling on this date.
Unusual to find and nice to have. Looks to be in good condition.

Pictures would help by the mint mark is located on the reverse to the left of the base office torch.
Check the SBA and Sacagawea for varieties. You can always post them on CT in the buy, sell or trade forum.
Silver needs to go up a lot more just to break even at that price.
At least they are Potato Rolls. :)
To me they all appear as common dates so just the silver value. Pictures might prove otherwise.
