With the way the denticles fade out next to the clip and a little weakness in the rim across from the clip, I think it's legit.
It's not unusual to not find one in any given bag or lot of wheats. You have to go all the way back to the 39D for the next lower mintage.
Not trying to speak for Hobo, but holes in the coin with metal raised up around them is one clue.
