I agree with GDJ. They are really tough on this year in regards to grading. I have a few of them that I was sure would go 65. All came back 64.
well, I am going to guess at MS64. Could go higher depending on who your sending the coin to for grading. : ) Send it to SGS and its a 69 PL!
Looks like somebody has tried to put MIA on it. I remember years ago seeing a coin that somebody had made a die and was stamping it on pennies....
