The whole coin was covered in rust....I washed it in dish soap and water ( yeah...I know...Don't wash it...But it's a 1963....Who cares?) That's...

Well I just took a better look at these mini rolls and one has a 2015 showing and another had a 2010 so looks like someone has a mini roll making...
I just opened up a cent coin roll and these popped out..... 5 plastic wrapped 10 single cent each holders....Never saw this before...Very...
