Theoretically, yes. It depends on the price and whether the design has any appeal. I haven't come across any yet, unfortunately.
Look at sixbid.com and numisbids.com. Both are auction aggregators, and frequently have good stuff.
The toning isn't hiding anything. This coin is polished, or, at least, very harshly cleaned. You can get a legit UNC for around that.
