Hey! That's actually my coin now. :) . I bought it in one of JA's auctions. Lots of things to love about that coin. All of those are amazing...
I do! I'd love to make a few prints of my coins and hang them up in my office. Maybe I'd have a few on rotation and switch them up occasionally.
Nice! Time for a retrospective post (or, possibly a personal site) with photos of the coins in the album, and the story of the journey alongside,...
Nice coin! I think it's kind of funny that they make an album for 2 cent and 3 cent nickels together.
Antoninus Pius? I love that guy! Here's my favorite image from that thread, btw: [IMG] Image credit: @zumbly Bingo! For me, that might be a...
Here's another cautionary tale: 1850 double eagle, NGC MS64 PL, cracked out and polished. Great way to turn a $100k coin into a $10k coin. [MEDIA]

Check this out! This seller claims to have 14 collectible 1793 Chain Cent electrotypes from "circa 1859." I suspect the seller is well aware...
Nice coin. That's a rather creative date placement.
One thing I've always found interesting is how many banknotes worldwide were printed by the American Banknote Company. You've got 4 or 5 of them...
Wow, great coin that's out of my budget by about 10x! I wasn't even familiar with this earlier type. The only Akragas tet I know of is the...
Wouldn’t that all hinge on “where”, legally, the sale took place? Let’s add another wrinkle to the scenario: say your NY seller ships the item...
