I like the circulation cameo on it. I guess XF-45. Lots of detail, but the reverse nets it down.
I'd give it an AG-3. But others may differ. Since this is a guess the grade and I presume you mean the grade on the slab, then......
That is just post mint damage. Likely a vice squish of a dime on a nickel. The dime's devices are mirrored and incuse on the nickel's surface...
