This has been my recent (the last ~2 years) method for silver stacking. I consistently get these from a local dealer at $21-22 each right now....
I am seriously stunned by the lack of understanding of reality and science by some members in this thread.

That's a really good price for a nice chunk of historical silver. I'll buy them for the type set whenever I can for those prices.

One lonely 64-D Quarter in the coinstar reject this morning at the local Mart of Walls. Nice.
31-S Buff is pretty great. Low-ish mintage and a semi-key for free. Hard to beat since it's a decent VG and can retail anywhere from $10-$15.

How far are you from the recipient? Maybe it's better to simply fly or drive them there yourself? I would not trust any shipping companies right...
