went through three boxes of halves today with the kids. We found another 78-S proof along with a 65, 66, 67, 68-D. Not bad I guess, we had fun.
Just finished a box of halves and have found one 2005 and 4 2006's in the same box, found it odd to have so many recent dates in one box.
General question where any 2006 halves released into general circulation, or is the only way to get them is in the mint set?
where do you get your information from?
If you go off of pre-sales on ebay, the future price doesn't look too good for the jefferson, don't know why I think it could be the better coin...
Always had good luck buying from teletrade. Tried to sale some stuff but it didn't do so hot, but I don't think it was a problem with the auction...
I'd say xf+ so xf-45. the reverse is nice with great detail.

dansco 7070 is the only way. I'm trying to do as miny uncs as I can, but the rest will be au with an occasional xf, until you get to the real old...

I also am working on a unc/bu peace dollar set. need the 27-s and 34-s. not only are they lots of money, even if you have the money they are...

If your going to play with silver for returns, than go with rounds and forget about ASE's.
