They do grade "full sets" but I doubt many of the full slabbed sets in the same grade started in the same envelope :D I believe most proof sets...

I have to agree with the guys here... for a coin with that high of a price tag, buy certified or only from a well known and trusted dealer raw...
I called it 65 but I have a hard time grading toned coins... the colors distract my eyes too much :D
