To me . Class 4, is class 4 . Now, then, and in the future ... Even coneca list the class 4 ones too ....
Most are class 8 . But don't kid yourself . There's been some nice class 4 found, from single squeeze hubbing .
I took it last week and at the camp firer, I put it in a whiskey bottle and put it in the firer . Something like that ..............
Well, we know the mint has no ideal what's going on these days . They ( mints ) say only class VIII doubling is caused from single squeezing...

Yes . There are some very nice class IV doubling on the 2011, 2014 and 2015 .
Take new images when it gets light . Take full shots of the obverse & reverse . I see what your talking about . Could be a vice job, or a double...
