There is virtually no difference in 62 and 64 money. Even 64 money is below the grading cost. Sales of 64 examples have been in the $20-$30 range.
MS 64 ...the obverse fields are relatively clean but there are some hits on the reverse and on the obverse (neck/cheek areas)
And the answer is MS 62. So Anacs said AU 55 and NGC went MS 62. I don’t think either got it right. It looks like a 63 and I thought star worthy....
