Class 4 doubling, is what I look for in single squeeze era . These dies have the appearance, of any other class 4 dies .. Offset Hub Doubling .....
I think it 17. Why ? Because the die break isn't as big as 17A shows ..

Your coin was struck from the master die and is not a true doubled die . That why it's called master die obverse ( mdo )
