have you checked PCGS's site? they giv a pretty good comprehensive list of all the standard grades
im not seeing a doubled ear, but im not especially good at detecting erros, so .. i could be wrong :)
it is a radar and it is worth a premium, BUT if the letters on either end were the same as well, it would be even better, and worth more.

Im not sure, but i always had the feeling it was expensive! Check PCGS and NGC websites, they usually have a show schedule and a price list.
As others have said, never bid an even dollar or half dollar amounts. I always bid using oddball amounts as well, and have won alot of auctions...
