i like to see at least 3 zeros ... but as USS656 mentioned ... 3 digits - non-zeros - is where folks really start to pay a premium ... the lower...
i agree with others.. if the mint stopped producing coins for a year.. i doubt we would run short. Pennys have a ga-zilliong out there in la-la...

its not an overprint. check out the writing on the ghosted text... it is in reverse. if it was an overprint - it would be the text right side up....

its a star note ... i would think higher then just $4-7. Average silver certs sell for almost that, a star note has got to be more .... no ?
