@Tall Paul - your prize shipped this morning, April 5th.
You’ll probably get it one of these days! ;)
Do you like toned coins? Yes, if they're attractively toned. If you answered yes: Are there certain colors you prefer over others? I like subtle...
Oh. Glad you cleared that up, 'cause I was gonna say yeah, otherwise. [IMG] [IMG]
While it certainly looks like a nice higher grade example from a details viewpoint, I do not care for the toning.
LordM Giveaway #111 (pick your prize) Contest status: CLOSED Drawing: (@masterswimmer won) Shipped May 1, 2024 Winner's receipt...
OK, it's time for the drawing, at last. Our lucky number was... 29. [ATTACH] Post #29 was by @Tall Paul ! Coingratulations, @Tall Paul !...
Been away from the forums, and coin stuff in general. Sorry for the delayed drawing. Will get to it soon.
You rang? I’m in and out. Mostly out, lately.
That was some clever Photoshoppage, BTW :) *applause*
I’ve also got an 1838 large cent to go into the prize chest. I just haven’t listed it there or gotten decent pix yet [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
LOL Good one, @Dougmeister! May the random number generator smile upon thee!
Here's an interesting WW1 German trench art piece I once had, related to their campaign in Belgium. [IMG]
Spam post (and the responses to it) removed. Guilty party warned.
Interesting historical piece. I'd seen some of the Goetz medals, of course, and the Lusitania medals that the British restruck for their own...
Very handsome design! I don't think it would hurt to conserve it carefully with Verdicare.
@Noah Worke- I am shipping the Civil War token today, March 6th.

Yeah, that design used on the late-1800s/early 1900s French 5- and 10-centimes pieces is quite handsome.
That one’s gone, now. It went to the winner of Giveaway #109. But you’ll have the opportunity to choose something different if your entry wins...
