those counting machines are a waste of time... it does not matter to those machines if the notes are new or old rages or anything in between ......
those black marks do not automaticaly make a note worthless. they do fade. and star notes most always have a better chance of catching a premium,...

well, what i do .. is i type in the pick number i 'think' it is.. like P-31a Tiawan... or something like that. and then compare a few different...
its rare to find notes in circulation that are so new as to be se sticky! Keep them protected!!!!

i vote in the middle.. of them all... i am about 50-50 on these. i like them if it looks right, hate em otherwise. and since it is so subjective...
