a premium 'may' be small, depending on condition, yes... but dont forget, the notes are $1000 face... still worth close to $1000 in US dollars
wow! that kind of sucks! I have as of yet to oder my sets for this year, so i can speak of the quality .. yet... but in the past, none of my coins...

considering it is aboncom ... its actually NOT a bad looking coin for a pr-70 grade, in a aboncom slab, i would expect to see scratches or wear...
i dont buy alot of coins as of late, but coins and/or notes, i stick around the $50 range lol i average about $100 a month, so its not that often...

it looks like the note has some creases and folds, but it is tough to tell for sure. As Richie said, i would keep it if you can afford it :)
