newer notes have more and better security features built in to the notes. They want most of the circulating notes to have those. To a point...

The first note is a dual note in a way... it started as a Yugoslavian note issued as P-27 dated 1-12-1929. The note was re-issued dated 1-5-1941...
Ok, first of all.. thanks to all those who helped! I scanned these coins a year or longer ago, and could never date them, so they just sat.....

there are folks who think a note from the 1st run is more valuable then the rest. Im not saying they are wrong - hey everyone can collect anyway...
