maybe he was asking if it was a 204? according to the schwartx/lindquist book, looking at the serial ranges, it couldnt be a back plate of 204,...
update -- i reduced the DPI of all the images by 75% ... it wil have to wait till later this weekend, but i will re-link all the images to a new...
it does have the 2000 in the serial.. but i wouldnt go so far as to calling it a millenium note :)
