Sorry I could not respond to the end of this contest last night, I could not connect to CT, alas, no one matched the correct date of this note so...
The first 4 can still be seen with the naked eye, yet it still has 8 bidders already. Sad.

As with this note Kent, the the serial# is 000-Mo-Year, in which you were born, if you match up, that simple.
