Dentils look like circular beads. On genuine coins it will be an alternating pattern of thick and thin elongated dentils.
Need better pictures. Dentils appear off, but again could just be the photos.

Well it certainly appears to be a contemporary counterfeit. My experience is mostly with CCs of foreign coins, but many of those are also copper...
