i guess the value would depend on the collector. To me, i dont care if the first printing had a run of 640,000 when the next month they printed...
looking at the F16518288* as being the 95, that note came froma print run of 640,000 yes, but if you look down in feb 2000, 3.2 mil more were printed.

a 'turn in' value is a good point to bring up. Once the note is no longer redeemable, there is no 'face value' to the note and only collectors...
