see this is the biggest issue i have with slabbed notes. they do mostly slabb anything made from paper, as discussed in another thread... so why...

If they are current issues, the books might not give a value - if you look on www.uspapermoney.info and look upt he series ... you can get a sense...

i also think it would grade, i mean we have seen processed notes grade lower ... they really need to put the dang explanation ON THE SLAB though!...
the things done to coins to get the bodybagged just dont (normally) happen to notes. They usually arent harshly cleaned, altered, counterfeit ect...
make sure you notate the note has been cleaned.... i would suggest a thick tip black sharpie marker near the top border, near the bottom border,...
