if you look at serial alone, 4 leading zeroes or more is best. 3 leaqding zeros like you note stillmeans 75,000 and more notes came before it....

different notes, series, dates, denominations ect all have different values. if you could post a picture of your note, we could better help you :)

What he listed was the series dated and the block letters. 2003 A-A would be the 2003 series and the then looking at the letters oneither side...
