I was going more with the flowing hair, draped bust designs, with an ethnic component. Classical and relevant, to recognize then and now.
I'm in complete agreement with KBBPLL but would modify the designs to recognize the ethnic diversity that we now have that was not a consideration...

This is the point of the OP - they are selling common copper cents at 4x face value. in essence this makes them a commodity, and it doesn't really...

MS65 FBL - nicks on the cheek and in the hair keep it from 65. Also odd that those are much less visible on the GC pix.
