Not a coin I have ever collected but both are beautiful - have to go with the color of B even at the lower grade.
This one is easily A for me - the lower grade is offset by the strong cameo and lower mintage, and the missing details aren't an issue for me.
I like the cameo effect of A but as a Type coin the extra detail, for me the eagle's eye, makes B the one I would use.
My personal experience with doing the same is ICG and ANACS were right in line with how I graded, and prices were overall less than the top two. I...
