Is 2X3 a measurement, like 24” by 36” ? Currency sheets are referred to by how many notes are on the sheet. There are 4-subject, 8, 16 and 32...
I would not grade them. My threshold is the note should be worth at least $100. These notes are valued at under $5 each.
