You have to zoom in really close to see it. It is above the UR of PLURIBUS in the field. I have 2 other identical cents (same date).

MS67. It looks like the holder is scratched.
I think it's MS66+.
I recently looked through about 1500 2011D pennies. I found 3 small die clashes and disc clip.
I think it is MS67.
That looks like a vice grip job (PMD). It happens when someone puts 2 coins in a vice grip and squeezes the coins together.
