When this coin was graded it was likely untoned with black fields and heavy Cam. I doubt it would grade 67 with it's present toning if submitted...

Should be a 62...63 would reflect the toning for some collectors but that wild toning just gives me a headache.
It's not the close AM and the grade may also be in question...lots of scratches and spots on the holder...but the issue is it's not a close AM.
Also, all the chatter on the fields...not a 69 in my eye...does the holder look tampered with?
