It looks like a fake. The color is real dull looking, like the China counterfeits. Something is going on with the left wing. Doesn't coincide...

Peiyang is year 33 and Its too light, supposed to be 26.7 grams. Don't know about the other.

Its just a normal die 1879 CC, VAM 1(as in nothing special). As to a grade probably F. Not good on grading circ Morgans.:o

It looks like corrosion on the reverse.:bigeyes: Otherwise I would grade it as a VF. But if that is corrosion that would hurt it.:o
I hAve never seen PCGS slabs like that before I don't think they are real. Besides the pics are reall fuzzy.
