PMD is Post Mint Damage. That means something damaged the coin after it was minted.

I left it like that because that's what it looks like when you turn it over. The obverse is tapered and it's a pretty chunky coin.
When I see yours I think...This is what mine looked like...a long time ago...and with Nero looking the other way...
