    This 1838 $5 gold received a CAC sticker. Would anyone like to explain why?

    CAC will take another look if sent in for reconsideration. If they think it really should not have stickered, oftentimes they will offer to buy it...

    MS 67….nice relatively mark-feee coin….and it takes a lot more to get a star for a nickel at NGC so unfortunately I don’t think this one made it
