I think off center is correct. And it's in great condition. I thought the reverse was also off. But it's hard to tell.
Even if it was possible (it's not as you would need 2 obverse dies to make a coin and they don't fit together) it couldn't have different mint marks.
What's it worth? It's a face value coin as it appears to be corroded. Spender. Let some kid find a wheatie in change.
Looks like album toning. That's not artificial, which implies it was intentionally doctored to create a rainbow or other type of desirable toning.
What does the OP coin weigh?
If it was an altered 1924 there's no reason to destroy the 9. I agree with Dynoking. Not thrilled with the 2 as well.
Frozen tundra. Maybe broke even on the gas. 4 shots at a W mint mark which would have saved the hunt. DENIED![ATTACH]
There are some dates that have die cracks in the wheat stalks. I don't think the 1934 has any special varieties. But I don't know much anymore.
On the 97-D I don't think it is a traditional "full steps". As they changed the reverse dies (I forget the year) so they all are supposed to look...
I would spend them all. Although the 1st one is worth keeping for a dollar. Great photos and they look like good condition, but to me, what can...
Let's say it grades and comes back EF. You have spent $300 on the coin, IDK how much for the slab, and it's a $44 coin.
Yesterday 12 cents in the slot. Almost better than a sharp acid dipped stick in the eye. Today, I am due 83 cents change in the self serve, it...

The end of the month is often a good time to check the route.
Nice mini scoop. 87 cents. 3 quarters, a dime. One shot at a W, and no.
I believe they made business strikes (NIFC) and proofs and silver proofs. The proofs are usually identifiable even when impaired. More luster,...
Is the crack raised? Can't tell from the photo. I assume raised would be a die crack, and if it's not raised then some kind of planchet defect?
Too bad about the creases as it is a special serial.
I can't disagree with the cleaning as they probably have better techniques than I do to detect such things, however, since they botched the label...
I also thought it was CC over CC which would be a ridiculous find.
Separate names with a comma.
