I’m sure it’s at least a 65 looks better to me it’s way nicer than my other 64 and 64+ Ones I have. I don’t have anything nicer to compare to
I agree based on the pics the 80s looks MS 64 to me but may of been bumped up due to the toning perhaps. Nice looking coin and coins though I think.

A lot of the scratches are on the holder . Has full luster for the most part . I don’t see cleaning hairlines but it has scratches for sure
