Sell has a low feedback rating and you have an 1889 CC not in a top TPG slab. There's always a reason a coin like this isn't in a slab. Sorry.

One way to find out -- take them to your bank but do be ready for disappointment. Paying out gold ended in 1933 and Silver certificates continued...
