Depends on the year/series of the note.If it's a newer one it's just worth face value (unless it's a star note or low serial#)
SAME HERE, Last X-mas it was the 1/oz silver 9/11 commemorative round. Fortunately I was able to exchange it at the dealer for a real coin.
I should be more specific,I'm sure HSN sends the coins out to a third party to have them gold-plated. Either way it's still a RIP.

lots of bagmarks on the observe,reverse looks a lot cleaner(typical). Im thinking low mint state,possibly MS61-62.

I use a scanner for my coins and it never captures the luster but does show detail.
