Your coin is worth melt value. Not two or 3 dollars. It is worth about a dollar and twenty cents.

The coin appears to be harshly cleaned. I agree with @eddiespin that he would have a hard time getting a few cents for it.
Did you clean your coin? If so never clean your coins!
