I am not really sure, I can not see the picture that well. I think there is an issue above the right ear but I can not tell.
With a new dollar like that an MS67 is a poor grade I would think. I know nothing about these but that one appears to be in pretty good shape.
Well, all I can do is look at what makes cameo and compare. PCGS, NGC, ANACS.....I have used all three and this one is. It is what attracted me...
I use NGC and PCGS also, this was the only photo I had of it. It is Cameo, of this I am convinced.
I can see the reasoning for this but look closely.....two are graded as such. [IMG] I am starting to know my Cameo's. It is not DCAM for sure...
I can see it is a Cameo, as for grade, odds are it is not a 69, but a 68 is possible.
Agreed I have some of all of them. I just get better coins for the $$ with ANACS.

So looking at those three. I would guess that the ICG coin I have is under graded. Simply it is a cameo. That was worth it all in itself.
