do not let carboard touch your coin for any lenth of time, cause it to turn...
have a close look at details.. very few can grade their own coins..
look at the coin before you buy it
the next coin may be that homerun you are looking for..
even with a homerun, you still need to be aware of the stirkeouts because there are more strikeouts than homeruns....
find a good checklist to use..
The sport is trying to out collect the other guy..

if you handle coins, I suggest you use white gloves..

buy a roll of buffalo,s and find that 1913 liberty Head in it now thats a "homerun"...

why would you try to grade your own coin...
my problem is I get too relaxed and fall asleep...
I may be different but I can relax and sort coin's, I can't relax if I got to complete something..:)
coins can be take up a lot of time, if you really get down to grading and taking pictures..
